Event Details

You’re invited to join us for our next Momentum Meetup.

Every company starts with a Vision. But more often than not, that Vision is never fully realized. That’s because Vision alone is not sufficient to guarantee success. You must execute on the Vision with discipline and accountability – something we call Traction.

Regardless of what stage a company is at, it must have both – Vision and Traction. Simply put, “Vision without Traction is hallucination.”

Join us on November 11 at 11:30 am to discover how you can ensure everyone in your organization is 100% on the same page with where you’re going and how you plan you to get there – Vision; as well as how you can ensure that everyone in your organization.

Meet Our Speakers

Jason Clubb | All Forward Group | Momentum Meetup

JASON B. CLUBB, CPA
Driven By / Passionate About: truth, clarity, results, impactMantras: “Clarity creates impact.” “‘Kind Of’ will kill you.”

Jason is driven by the pursuit of truth, clarity, results, and impact. The sharp edges of his no-nonsense approach to helping companies grow is softened by his love for people – particularly entrepreneurial business owners and leaders.

Perhaps an unlikely start for most entrepreneurs, Jason began his journey as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) where he gained invaluable experience looking under the hoods of dozens of privately held businesses. His first opportunity to get his hands dirty was running operations for a new division of the largest buying group in the U.S. where he helped grow revenues from $0 to $50m in two years. Since then, Jason has held leadership positions as CFO/COO for entrepreneurial companies in three different industries – real estate, professional services, and manufacturing.

In 2009, Jason started his own company Uneo Business Services where he worked with growth-oriented companies to help them achieve desired financial and operational results. In working with the leadership teams of these companies, Jason observed that oftentimes the biggest hurdle in achieving desired results was the lack of a cohesive system to ensure clarity of vision, execution of strategy with discipline and accountability, and overall organizational health. When Jason was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), he felt like he had found the missing link. He was so impacted by EOS® that he co-founded All Forward Group and is now a full-time Professional EOS® Implementer.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys hiking, whitewater rafting, playing the ukulele, and hanging out with his family. He is deeply committed to making an impact in his city and has done so through several not-for-profit organizations including Hoops4Him, a citywide youth basketball league that he co-founded and for which he served as Executive Director for 22 years. Jason also enjoys public speaking and often shares about his life-changing battle with Guillain-Barré Syndrome in 2012.
