As the Program and Operations Coordinator at the Center for Creative Economy, Ashley combines a wealth of experience in public education with a commitment to empowering creative entrepreneurs. Since joining CCE in July 2023, Ashley has streamlined operations and enhanced program efficiency. With a background as a STEM educator and library media coordinator, she brings expertise in curriculum development, project management, and operational improvements to her role. Ashley is passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments and equipping entrepreneurs with the tools to thrive in the creative economy.

Ashley holds a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from UNC Greensboro. A dedicated problem-solver, she has earned recognition for her leadership and innovation, including the Guilford Association of School Librarians Media Specialist of the Year award. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring her creative side through DIY projects, reading, and spending quality time with her husband Chris and their daughter Luna in Kernersville, North Carolina.
