ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

HOLLY PAVLIKA

Holly started her career in sales promotion and from there jumped to direct marketing then digital and now social media/influencer marketing. She has been the Chief Creative Officer, Executive Creative Director, Founder, Partner, Managing Director, Network Manager and a myriad of other titles over the years for those who care about titles. She’s been at small shops and big agencies and even had her name on the door of not one, but three companies, which not many women can say. But she loves the pace and energy of entrepreneurial companies best.

As SVP, Corporate Marketing, Holly oversees the Corporate Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Creative teams at Inmar Intelligence. Prior to Inmar Intelligence, she oversaw Collective Bias’ Marketing & PR. Collective Bias is an influencer marketing company that Inmar acquired. She has written numerous articles on the topic, including a book called “Inspired”. In 2016, Holly was named one of P2Pi’s Women of Excellence and is a well-recognized influencer marketing expert. And although she began as an art director, she’s become a writer having written several white papers and contributed to publications like MediaPost, Forbes, Mashable and CMO, to name a few.

Before Collective Bias, she was the Executive Creative Director and Managing Director at Big Fuel, a pure play social media agency. She was also the Chief Creative Officer at G2 Direct and Digital, a division of Grey where she was responsible for 360 campaign solutions. She is an award-winning creative marketing industry veteran, having won dozens of awards including Addies, Effies, Caples, the Wunderman Award–a lifetime achievement award for creative, as well as the DMA Silver Apple Award.

TORI SHANKS

Although still unsure as to which she loves more — marketing or dogs — Tori Shanks has built a successful career as a content marketing professional and is currently Corporate Marketing Manager at Inmar Intelligence. Using the knowledge she acquired while managing content and social media strategies for a variety of small business owners, Tori has been helping elevate Inmar’s social media strategy and boost the company’s content marketing efforts.

Tori is a native of Winston-Salem and a graduate of Salem College and has extensive experience in content creation, social media management and search engine optimization. Her work in B2C and B2B — for both large and small companies — has taught Tori how to get scrappy and find cost-effective and creative methods of marketing. And she loves to ask questions.

Momentum is sponsored by Parsec Financial, ActionCOACH – Team Hauser, and Salem College Center for Women in Entrepreneurship and Business
